PMSL O-40 PLAYOFFS –Fall 2005

Gentlemen

 

This years PMSL Fall playoffs will be held on Saturday November 12th at Seneca Valleys fields at North Boundary Park. Directions to the fields are included below.

 

General Rules

  • Player passes, team rosters and team lineups are required for all teams/players participating in each playoff game. To be eligible for the playoffs all players must have been on the team roster for at least the last two weeks of the Fall 2005 season.
  • Home team has choice of color of jerseys to be worn for each match. Each team must bring an alternate color jersey.
  • Any delay from the official starting times is limited to 10 minutes after which the game is forfeited. Please have teams available on or ahead of time so we can maintain our field schedule.

 

It is our goal to have this tournament run without incident on or off the field. Referees have been advised to officiate the games strictly. There are no appeals on Division Directors or Refs decisions!!!

  • A player who gets two yellow cards is out of the playoffs.
  • A player who gets a red card is out that game and out of the playoffs.
  • Referees must report red cards to PA West as well as each Division Coordinator

 

Premier Division

In Premier playoffs we will have an initial league format with each team guaranteed two games and then a final between the top two placed teams. The league format will use the same 10 point scoring as the regular season. In the event of a tie after points, adjusted goal difference, head to head wins and goal difference teams will be ranked according to their Fall season standing.

Rules:

2 thirty minute periods (3 minute half time)

If the final game ends in a tie there will be an immediate 10 minute golden goal then penalty shootout.

 

Series A and Bundesliga Division

In Series A and Bundesliga playoffs we will have an initial league format with each team guaranteed two games and then a final between the top two placed teams. The league format will use the same 10 point scoring as the regular season. Directions to North Boundary Park Field

Take PA-Turnpike to Cranberry Exit. Take Route 19 North for approximately 2.6 miles to intersection with North Boundary Road. There will be a 7-11 on left and a Howard Hanna office on right. Take a right onto North Boundary Road and go 1 mile or so (under I-79). Take right onto North Boundary Park Road. There are 3 fields.
